This historic declaration and commission on the 1st of January 2025, has empowered us to operate as a full-fledged sovereign entity, with the authority and power to govern ourselves without external interference, and engage in international relations of mutual benefits.

The following decrees and declarations hereunder among others,were made and are hereby emphatically made known for general public notice, knowledge and due information to all men.

1. RIGHTS OF SOVEREIGNTY: The States of Valorica Empire is recognized as the supreme and rightful authority over its territories,laws and governance with no interference whatsoever or subjugation by external powers.

2. DUTIES OF SOVEREIGNTY: The States of Valorica Empire shall uphold justice, protect, safeguard the welfare and well being of its people, promote peace, and goodwill towards all nations,in keeping with the divine mandate bestowed upon sovereign rulers.

3.PRIVILEGES OF SOVEREIGNTY: As a sovereign Empire, the states of Valorica Empire is entitled to and is qualified to full participation in the fellowship of Nations, including,but not limited to the exchange of Ambassadors, bi-lateral trade missions, promoting and fostering of cultural and spiritual bonds.

By these decrees and proclamations, everlasting bonds of friendship and mutual regards has been established between the Empire of David and states of Valorica Empire.
It is our ernest hope and prayer that SOVE shall flourish in virtues, value addition,in strength, integrity and honour being ever mindful of the sacred trust placed upon sovereign nations to serve the cause of righteousness and humanity.
